The ON team from the CSIRO required a public-facing initiative for early career researchers. The requirements were for an experiential, blended learning program with expert coaching and mentoring aspects and the ability for individuals to start either a) at their own designated start time or b) in conjunction with Australia-wide marketing events. The program was designed to provide participants with a taster of:
The technology behind the bespoke design consisted of multiple platforms and APIs that communicated schedules, bookings and learner progress to key program coordinators. Key features of the final learning solution included:
Over 5000+ learners partook in the program in one year and provided a 4.5 net promoter score thus proving the project MVP a success.
“Paperbark Innovative were contracted in this project as online technology specialists and digital learning consultants. Throughout the project, they professionally and patiently supported us through the design and delivery process of the blended learning program. They provided us with unbiased assessments of the best learning platform solution that met our needs and were always looking for ways to add value. An example of this is when Paperbark (Innovative) would take the extra step to bring forward alternative options when we were stuck on particular design dilemmas. Paperbark’s broad experience in web design, instructional design and learning technology proved to be an invaluable asset and they were critical to the successful delivery of the project.” – Emily, CSIRO ON
